Job Summary
Senior-level role leading end-to-end mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities, coordinating due diligence, and managing transition and integration of newly acquired practices. Drives client acquisition and growth initiatives, develops standardized onboarding and integration plans aligned with company policies, ensures regulatory compliance and operational standards across locations, and collaborates with executives, clinicians, and operational leaders to enable scalable, sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare business domain, including at least 3 years as a managerial role
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field
- Strong skills in consultative or solution selling, complex negotiations, and building long‐term business relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities; capable of engaging executives, clinicians, and operational leaders
- Familiarity with mergers, affiliations, or strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector is a plus
