Job Summary
Senior Business Development Manager to expand Fever’s cashless solutions in the US market, focusing on festivals, sports venues, and related events. Lead strategic market development, cultivate partnerships with event organizers and venue managers, drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure, and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to tailor cashless wristband offerings. Monitor market trends and competitive activity, manage client success and post-event support, and incorporate client feedback to drive product and service improvements. Candidates should demonstrate successful business development experience, familiarity with cashless technologies, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to translate market insights into strategic actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven success in business development, ideally in cashless solutions or event technology for festivals, sports hospitality, or entertainment sectors
- Experience negotiating and closing deals and building long-term strategic partnerships
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
- Knowledge of RFID/NFC technology and cashless payment systems and their applications in events
