Job Summary
Senior Business Development Manager role supporting BrokerEdge clients in Edmonton, Alberta. Build and maintain strategic broker channel relationships (brokers, brokerages, builders, and investment advisor offices) to grow home financing sales programs; identify referrals and share-of-wallet opportunities; develop sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, and provide reporting and dashboards. Train and coach internal and external partners on program guidelines and regulatory requirements; collaborate across stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive profitability. Requires experience in mortgage programs, B2B networks, and strong presentation/communication skills; operates with independence and handles non-routine situations while aligning with risk management and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
