Job Summary
Senior-level Business Development Manager responsible for defining and executing a sales strategy to identify, develop, and land new partner relationships in equipment finance and working capital. Focuses on onboarding new equipment sellers, training sales teams on equipment financing, managing the sales pipeline, and driving growth with dealer partnerships across multiple markets. Key activities include prospecting and closing with equipment manufacturers/distributors, onboarding and qualifying partners, attending industry trade shows, meeting with prospects and accounts, maintaining active partner communications, driving product initiatives and campaigns, and collaborating with marketing to design new programs and materials. Requires strong relationship-building, exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas in a fast-growing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
- 7+ years selling experience, equipment finance industry preferred
- Demonstrated history of reaching assigned sales goals
- Able to travel domestically if needed
