Job Summary
Senior Director of Business Development responsible for leading the Central Region growth in commercial/public markets, collaborating with Engineering and Contractors to develop and sell strengthening solutions (e.g., FRP composites, post-tensioning repairs/strengthening, shotcrete). Drive development and execution of market plans, nurture and expand client relationships across North America, manage pursuit activities in a CRM, deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, and collaborate with internal teams to position technology-driven solutions and win high-value projects.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience building relationships and expanding a client base in the commercial/public market
- preferably selling specialty construction services or products to general contracting firms
- CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce)
- ability to lead sales functions on high-value projects
- bachelor’s degree preferred
