Job Summary
Senior-level SaaS sales leader to drive growth for Care Access’ global site network. Responsible for managing 1-2 large account relationships, owning the strategic growth plan for accounts, developing and executing territory/market strategies, delivering compelling demonstrations, building pipeline through prospecting and discovery, and collaborating with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to ensure revenue objectives. Requires 10+ years in full SaaS sales cycles, a Bachelor's degree, experience selling to VPs/Executives in clinical development and CROs, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, strong interpersonal/presentation skills, and willingness to travel. Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 40% depending on role needs; salary range $140k-$190k USD per year for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 10+ years experience successfully running the full sales cycle (cold call to close) of a complex SaaS solution
- Experience selling software into leaders in life sciences and CROs
- Willingness to travel – Frequent/ongoing (35-40%)
