Job Summary
Conduct regular technology reviews and evaluate client requirements to advise on infrastructure design, deployment, and operation. Proactively support the development of multi-technology strategies and meta-architectural solutions, while selling identified services and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Support the pre-sales process and coach Associate and Senior Associate Consultants on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Continuously improve internal methodologies and contribute information on relevant vertical markets to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field
- Advanced comprehensive technical experience in a similar role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment
- Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience
- Advanced expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
- Excellent understanding of multi-technology infrastructure design couple with strategic thinking ability
- Knowledge on multi-technology infrastructure design best practice which enables them to act as trusted advisors to clients on optimal infrastructure designs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Extensive knowledge of systems, software and programing languages
- Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically
- Excellent client service orientation
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
- Ability to contribute information on relevant vertical markets
Desired Qualifications
- Scaled Agile certification desirable
- Relevant consulting and technical certifications preferred, for example TOGAF
