Job Summary
The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key agencies. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of agency dynamics and exhibit excellent communication and analytical skills. The role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in business development or marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Frequent travel (60% - 80%) is required for agent and broker visits.
Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of agency dynamics, marketing, underwriting, and risk management
