Job Summary
Senior Business Developer / Account Executive responsible for developing a portfolio of strategic mid-market and large accounts in logistics-related services. Lead full sales cycles from discovery to negotiation, define and execute targeted prospecting strategies (e-commerce, DNVB, B2B with logistical flows), engage key stakeholders (founders, COO, Head of Ops, supply chain leaders), build tailored value propositions around transport et fulfillment, and close significant deals while collaborating with Ops, Product, and Account Management. Drive strategic input to evolve the offering, share best practices with junior teammates, and contribute to a high-quality sales pipeline with strong ROI focus. The role emphasizes autonomy, structured process, and cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Product and Direction to accelerate growth.
Required Qualifications
