Job Summary
Senior Data Management Lead for IS responsible for guiding assigned business in implementing components of the Data Management Program in governance, quality, issue management, reporting, data architecture, analytics, or project management. Lead the Data Management Strategy and Framework development, provide training, act as Data Steward, facilitate data-management working groups, monitor data quality via KPIs/KRIs, identify critical data elements, ensure compliance with policy/standards, promote BI tools, analyze large data sets to drive business value, and coordinate cross-functional teams while aligning with risk and regulatory standards. Location flexibility includes Amherst, NY; Wilmington, DE; Buffalo, NY; Baltimore, MD with a Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 7 years’ professional experience
- 5 years Financial Services Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
