Job Summary
Lead the facilitation of defining and documenting business needs and processes end-to-end for data automation projects across Investment Management, Portfolio Construction, Trading, and Compliance. Act as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams to manage requirements using activity diagrams, use cases, and workflow analysis. Develop Business Requirement Documents, epics, and user stories while delivering work products throughout the Agile life-cycle. Provide statistical analysis and present concise reports on complex data to support roadmap maintenance and future-state planning.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in STEM programs, including Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or other related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of financial concepts and the capital market, wealth management and asset management domain knowledge
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant data analytical experience
- Experienced user of Data Warehouse and Cloud Environment such as Azure
- Proficiency working with business intelligence, analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Python, R, SQL Power BI
- Strong understanding of data management
- Strong analytical skills and statistical analysis with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate important information with attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide advice and guidance and present information clearly and concisely to all levels within the organization, including executives
- Ability to interact professionally with management and professionals at various levels
- Ability to work with minimal direction, prioritize multiple projects, coach and assist others and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and changing environments and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Clear and efficient communicator in both technical and non-technical environments; deliver informative and well-organized presentations
