Job Summary
Ensure a sound planning and control system within BA Wind by defining and developing planning and reporting processes. Coordinate and execute the Performance Management process, including business planning and preparation of Group material. Run the monthly reporting and forecasting cycle, ensuring adherence to accounting guidelines and integrity of financial data across PowerBI, Cognos Controller, and IBM TM1 systems. Prepare follow-up reports and Business Performance Meeting materials while defining reporting templates, timelines, and controlling-specific IT requirements. Maintain target and KPI systems and scorecards for BA Wind.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in controlling, economics, accounting or finance
- 8+ years in finance, leading planning/control cycles and performance management for business segments
- Experience working across complex financial systems and data sources, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Strong skills in IBM TM1, Cognos Controller, Power BI and Office 365
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven project leadership, change management and continuous-improvement mindset, with a strong focus on delivery
- Highly self-motivated, flexible and committed
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in international, cross-functional environments; able to support and constructively challenge
- Customer- and partner-focused, anticipating needs within your domain
- Analytical problem-solver with strong root-cause skills and the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights

Desired Qualifications
- Professional finance qualification such as CIMA/CGMA, ACA, ACCA, RA, RC or an equivalent certification
- Additional qualifications in project management, change management, business transformation or data analytics
- Wind/energy sector experience
