Job Summary
Senior Business Continuity Advisor: provide expert guidance on operational risk, develop and update policies and programs to support strategic initiatives, and lead cross-functional projects. Advise clients and partners on planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives; analyze major issues and make recommendations to senior decision-making bodies; represent the unit with senior management and external partners; negotiate on behalf of the organization and contribute to crisis management, compliance, and security of personal information and property. The role requires extensive knowledge of the field, strong coordination with stakeholders across sectors, and the ability to influence policy and standards while coaching senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Eight years of relevant experience minimum
- Knowledge of French is required
