Job Summary
Senior Business Content Development Specialist responsible for developing high-quality advisor-facing and internal communications across multiple formats (newsletters, guides, presentations, website content, manuals, digital resources), simplifying complex messaging, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and contributing to content strategies and governance. Requires 7+ years in wealth/investment management or financial services, strong written and editing skills, ability to translate complex concepts for advisors, and comfort with digital/digital-learning content; French proficiency preferred. This is a contract role through Dec 2027 with a base salary range of $90,000–$110,000 annually and is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive communications experience, including experience within the wealth management, investment management, or financial services industry.
