Job Summary
Prioritize and support work for customer-facing and internal platforms by tracking health scores, adoption rates, and stability. Coordinate technology, design, security, and marketing activities to develop platform strategies and roadmaps. Manage vendor relationships for support, compliance, and license tracking while documenting business rules and functional specifications. Analyze platform data to drive optimizations and ensure alignment with competitive and strategic positions. Serve as the primary in-house Business/Systems Analyst for the FedNow program, supporting solution design and requirements analysis. Provide leadership and guidance to Development and QA teams, managing broader delivery responsibilities including dev, QA, and BA resources. Help establish critical FedNow domain expertise alongside emerging payment rails such as Zelle and TCH. Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework in line with approved risk appetite.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge
- Serving as the primary in-house Business/Systems Analyst for the FedNow program
- Supporting solution design and requirements analysis
- Providing leadership and guidance to Development and QA teams
- Taking on broader delivery responsibilities including dev, qa and BA resource management, where appropriate
- Helping establish and maintain critical FedNow domain expertise along with other emerging payment rails such as Zelle, TCH etc within the organization
