Job Summary
Lead business process analysis initiatives, including AS-IS/TO-BE and gap analyses, while defining and structuring complex business problems based on input from lead consultants, enterprise data architects, and client stakeholders. Develop consulting methodologies and structured analysis templates for enterprise data solutions, execute stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather functional requirements, and model processes using UML. Identify secondary data sources for effective collection and analysis, then translate insights from multiple sources into strategic solution scenarios and concrete recommendations. Create reusable frameworks and standard components to improve consulting efficiency and consistency. Collaborate within Agile/DevOps environments as a team member, Product Owner, or Scrum Master to ensure alignment between enterprise data architecture and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Business Consulting, Enterprise Data Solutions or Process transformation
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, consulting methodologies and enterprise-wide problem structuring
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management (C-level, business and IT)
- Practical experience with UML modeling and structured business documentation
- Strong business insight with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Experience in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile/DevOps environments and project management methodologies
- Fluent command of the Dutch language (required)
- Ability to clearly define problems and translate business needs into structured analysis frameworks
- Ability to conduct gap analyses and convert findings into strategic recommendations
- Ability to develop reusable consulting components and standard methodologies
- Ability to present complex insights clearly, structured and business-oriented
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Ability to lead discussions during client workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Ability to align enterprise data initiatives with broader business transformation goals
