Job Summary
Lead enterprise change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and strategic objectives. Design and implement performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards. Conduct financial and operational assessments to identify risk, control gaps, and improvement opportunities. Integrate multi-system business solutions to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional coordination. Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership. Provide executive coaching to senior leaders on change adoption, governance, and performance optimization. This contingent role requires a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and seven years of experience, with an annual salary range of $120,000 to $130,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP/DHS mid-level PM/Six Sigma MBB (or equivalent)
- PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of experience OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higher
- Ability to pass employment background check and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
