Job Summary

Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager responsible for sourcing and onboarding new business clients through strategic prospecting and referrals, deepening relationships to grow a moderately complex book, and driving portfolio growth via core deposits and deepening opportunities. Role includes assessing credit risk through cash flow and collateral analysis, structuring secured and unsecured credit within delegated authority, presenting credit recommendations, delivering a full suite of Wells Fargo business banking products (credit, treasury management, digital banking), and collaborating with product teams to tailor solutions to client operating cycles. Will engage financial decision-makers with proactive service, provide feedback to improve tools and offerings, and retain/grow client relationships with transparent financial strategies. Role requires visiting customers and prospects outside of the branch within an assigned market; LO qualifications apply and ongoing regulatory requirements must be met.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of banking experience
  • BS/BA degree or higher (Desired Qualifications)
  • Ability to visit customers outside branch in assigned market
  • Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements for LO
  • Regulation Z compliance
