Job Summary
Senior Business Architecture Advisor for Desjardins, supporting the Life and Health Insurance (LHI) and Wealth Management (WM) executive divisions. Drive highly innovative, cross-sector transformation initiatives focused on data, digital solutions, platforms and shared capacities. Lead and influence practitioners across promoters, business lines and enterprise architecture to define, design and update target business solutions, identify initiatives, monitor dependencies, and establish a roadmap to achieve business objectives. Align solutions with enterprise architecture needs, lead efforts to establish business solutions, and communicate insights to senior leadership. Requires eight+ years of experience, a related Bachelor’s degree, French language proficiency, advisory/large-scale project experience, expertise in business architecture and enterprise architecture, and familiarity with TOGAF, BIZBOK and BABOK. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Experience with advisory or large-scale projects
- Experience presenting to executives
- Knowledge of business architecture
- Knowledge of LHI and/or WM business areas
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, data management or digital transformation
- Familiarity with TOGAF, BIZBOK and BABOK
- Interpersonal Savvy
- Strategic mindset
