Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end development process for healthcare and life sciences solutions in Austria, covering requirement gathering, implementation, and ongoing support for Payer and Provider environments. Conduct business analysis, design IT solutions, and guide their implementation while managing existing solution portfolios in collaboration with experienced teams. Apply methodologies such as Scrum and UML for project execution and process analysis within the Austrian healthcare system. Requires 6–8 years of experience, knowledge of Austrian health regulations, and strong German and English language skills. Salary is 76,216 EUR p.a. gross.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene HTL-Ausbildung und/oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni / FH) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Medizinische Informatik, Softwareengineering oder verwandte Studienrichtungen
- 6–8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem der oben genannten Bereiche
- Kenntnisse des österreichischen Gesundheitssystems
- Kenntnisse im Bereich von Krankenhausprozessen
- Methodische Erfahrungen z.B. im Bereich Projektabwicklung (Scrum Methodik), Design (bspw. UML), Test, Anforderungs- und Prozessanalyse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft
