Job Summary
Design and deliver complex integrations, APIs, and enterprise application solutions across multiple business systems while creating scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. Develop workflow automation, robotic process automation, and AI-enabled initiatives to improve operational efficiency, and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches. Support and maintain integration standards and development best practices, ensuring applications are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance. Mentor developers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing while serving as the escalation point for complex initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of experience in enterprise application development, with advanced knowledge of integration platforms like MuleSoft or Azure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of progressive experience developing enterprise applications, integrations, or business solutions
- Experience designing and delivering complex integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems
- Advanced knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Integration Services
- Strong programming skills using Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and enterprise application architecture
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), security best practices, and enterprise authentication technologies
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and drive development best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working as Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role, or experience working directly with those roles
- Experience with AI-enabled technologies or integrating AI services into business applications
