Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Operations – Business Applications responsible for implementing and supporting Welltower’s Yardi Senior Voyager and related accounting modules. Serves as liaison between Property Accounting and system support, administers Chart of Accounts, maintains Custom Account Tree functionality, supports and trains on Yardi system capabilities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting. Role emphasizes system implementations, audits, SOX-compliant controls, Medicaid processes support, and enhancing operational efficiencies through scalable solutions; requires experience with Yardi, project management, and ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of accounting, financial, operations, or technology implementation
- Strong understanding of accounting best practices
- Proven experience working on Yardi implementation projects
- Preferred experience with Yardi’s Senior Voyager and associated modules
- Project Management and Technical Support experience
- Experience planning and working on implementations of system changes in a SOX environment is preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, real estate, computer science, or related field
- Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferred
