Job Summary
Manage Workday Security and Integrations by leading end-to-end enhancements, configuring business processes, and troubleshooting data flow issues between systems and vendors. Execute daily support for Security audits, semi-annual releases, and the maintenance of custom security roles and Enterprise Interface Builders. Partner with functional teams to review requirements, recommend process improvements, and deploy system updates that optimize the employee experience. Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Integrations and Security modules, collaborating with external technical partners to ensure accurate, timely data delivery across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience with the maintenance and enhancement of Workday Integration that involve Studio, API, EIB and Connector
- Workday Security modules that involve day to day as well as other periodical tasks related to managing security of users
- Deep understanding of Human Resources business processes and data requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Exceptional collaboration skills with an ability to influence and drive change and contribute to overall operational effectiveness
- Willingness to learn, explore and able to innovate and think out of the box
Desired Qualifications
- Workday certification in Security and Integrations
- Knowledge in other Workday modules: HCM Core, Scheduling, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Help & Payroll
- Knowledge and exposure in retail, distribution center and hourly workforce
