Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst for Work Management (WMO) Consolidated Planning based in Reading, PA. Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating recurring planning meetings across line shops, collecting target changes, maintaining a change log, preparing and distributing WMO Consolidated Planning reports, supporting and championing Consolidated Planning systems and processes, promoting safety, providing storm support including off-hours coverage, and identifying process improvements. The role requires collaboration with operations leadership, engineers, and planning personnel; strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills; ability to interpret data, deliver actionable recommendations, and drive efficiency improvements. Travel for meetings/training is possible but infrequent. Required Qualifications
- Two or four year degree in a related discipline is preferred, with minimum 2 years relevant work experience preferred. In lieu of a degree, 2-4 years relevant experience required.

- Ability to analyze, interpret, and make recommendations based upon analytics
- Excellent communications skills including the ability to implement and articulate guidelines and procedures
