Job Summary
Analyze and optimize front-to-back processes in capital markets and asset management while contributing to transformation programs spanning concept, design, implementation, and migration. Develop target operating models including governance and processes, translating business requirements into technical and functional concepts. Serve as the interface between business units, IT, and operations, managing stakeholder relationships throughout the trade and fund lifecycle. Work on impactful projects for leading financial institutions within a collaborative, flat organizational culture. Utilize expertise in digitalization and operating models to shape the future of digital financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Transformation, Business Analyse oder Operations im Financial Services Umfeld
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Wertpapier- und/oder Fondsprozessen
- Kenntnisse im Trade Lifecycle und/oder Fund Lifecycle
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an Digitalisierung und Operating Models
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Erfahrung mit Systemen wie Aladdin, SimCorp, Murex oder Bloomberg
- Kenntnisse in Regulatorik, Datenmanagement oder Automatisierung
