Job Summary
Engage business unit stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a strategic system transformation initiative. Translate complex IPO and Share Registry needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows to support development teams. Collaborate with business users and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood, while supporting solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities. Requires minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology projects, with proven expertise in writing user stories, functional design documents, and acceptance criteria. Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies is essential, alongside strong stakeholder management and analytical skills. Hands-on knowledge of IPO and Share Registry operations in Hong Kong is an advantage, as is experience within financial services, capital markets, or securities services environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology projects
- Proven experience writing user stories, functional design documents, business requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business users and technology teams
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of IPO and Share Registry operations in Hong Kong
- Experience within financial services, capital markets, registrar, or securities services environments
- Familiar with Jira or similar requirements management tools
