Job Summary
Senior UX-focused Business Analyst based in Geneva, combining business analysis and user experience to design intuitive, secure, and scalable web solutions for diverse user groups. Collaborates with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs, converts them into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and contributes to solution design with technical teams. Oversees or supports lifecycle activities from implementation to deployment, leads or supports user acceptance testing, and produces clear documentation. Conducts user research, translates insights into user journeys and information architecture, creates wireframes and prototypes, organizes usability testing, and iterates on design improvements. Requires 12+ years in business analysis in digital/web environments, strong UX methodologies, ability to bridge business needs with technical feasibility, and proficiency in Figma or Mural. Fluent in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in business analysis
- Strong expertise in UX methodologies and user-centered design
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Mural
- Ability to translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience working within Agile frameworks
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English and French
