Job Summary
Engage with business partners and vendors to identify requirements for key initiatives, including outcomes, objectives, scope, and functionality. Perform and present analysis with appropriate detail and quality, such as business and functional requirements, workflows, data mapping, and current/future state assessments. Analyze and prioritize business requirements into various solution options by measuring and communicating proposed benefits. Formulate analysis into reports and make recommendations to the team, while creating visual representations to communicate complex concepts. Create user-type documentation, including employer kits, internal procedure manuals, and standard operating procedures. Analyze existing processes and contribute to improvements by implementing recommendations in consultation with business partners. Coordinate and prepare comprehensive executive-level insights and analysis. Participate in testing activities as required, defining approaches and executing test cases. Perform data analysis such as data profiling, gap analysis, and validation. Lead BA standards and practices, drive BA selection and planning activities, and coach junior BAs. Work on strategic priorities within Pension Services, Investments, or Corporate functions, including implementing state-of-the-art pension administration systems and foundational systems for Finance, Legal, People, and Communication teams. This role is based in downtown Toronto under a hybrid work policy (approximately two days in-office).

- Undergraduate degree
- 8-10 years of work experience in a business analysis role
