Senior Business Analyst – Transformation Office

Job Summary
Support the weekly Transformation Office performance management cadence by preparing agendas, coordinating attendance, capturing notes, and tracking follow-ups. Maintain the Transformation Performance Management System (TPMS) dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into initiative progress, value delivery, and milestone performance. Partner with initiative owners and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure commitments remain on track. Support operational finance activities, including financial tracking, actuals reporting, margin analysis, and value delivery analysis tied to transformation initiatives. Provide user training and ongoing support for TPMS, including onboarding new users and explaining processes. Identify data quality or process issues and drive resolutions to improve reporting accuracy. This role is hybrid with onsite days in West Chester, PA, and requires residency in NJ, PA, or DE.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall work experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or financial analysis
- ideally in a transformation or program environment
- Demonstrated experience working with quantitative, financial, and performance data
- ability to translate information into clear reporting and actionable insights
- Experience supporting business systems, dashboards, reporting tools, or process workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to manage follow-ups, track dependencies, and support multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of retail business operations and performance drivers
- Must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE
