Job Summary
Lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development, and user story writing to support development and deployment. Facilitate gathering of business-focused requirements to support a product team in defining the backlog while ensuring the user perspective is considered. Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement by identifying core business needs and decomposing them into concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories. Provide consultation on complex projects while considering business implications of technology application. Requires minimum three years operating Azure DevOps Server and Jira. Full-time employment with 3 weeks of PTO, 50% health/dental insurance coverage, and 401k match.

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience
- Minimum experience of three years operating Azure Devoper Server (ADS)
- Minimum experience of three years operating Jira
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
