Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery. Create and maintain agile artifacts including Business Canvas Models, BPMs, and User Stories using tools like Jira, Asana, and Dev Ops. Facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to support the project lifecycle. Communicate updates, risks, and progress to maintain transparency. Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, ideally across multiple industries
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and terminology
- Experience with agile documentation practices, including Business Canvas Models, BPMs, and User Stories
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Dev Ops
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Cross-industry experience
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or agile methodologies (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master)
