Senior Business Analyst – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

Job Summary
Analyze, design, and coordinate digital and technology-enabled transformation projects for clients in the financial sector, specifically banks, insurance companies, and investment firms. Translate complex business needs into structured requirements and solution designs while working closely with senior client stakeholders and IT teams. Contribute to delivery planning, project governance, and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid environments. Take ownership of workstreams and support decision-making to drive successful project outcomes. Requires a university degree in Economics or Business Informatics, 3+ years of consulting experience, and German at B2-C1 and English at C1 levels.
Required Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a comparable field
- 3+ years of professional experience gained in consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to banking, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Proven experience in delivery-oriented roles, including Business Analyst positions, project governance or agile transformation initiatives
- Product or service coordination experience
- Consulting roles with strong stakeholder interaction across business and IT
- Strong experience in stakeholder-facing roles
- Confidence in working across business and IT teams at different seniority levels
- Ability to analyze, structure, and simplify complex topics and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in international and cross-functional teams
- Experience using German at B2-C1 level and English at C1 level in a professional environment
- Proactive, responsible working style with willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
- High motivation to continuously develop professional skills and gradually grow into more complex responsibilities
