Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary
Facilitate design workshops, elicit and document business requirements, and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix for large-scale Public Sector technology implementations. Translate requirements into tracking tools, prepare and execute test plans and cases, coordinate defect triage, and report on testing status and risks. Support process improvement initiatives and deliver analytical reports and dashboards for management. This six-month contract includes a possible extension, with a hybrid schedule of two remote and three onsite days. The role requires deep expertise in IBM Maximo, asset management systems, and QA/testing coordination within enterprise IT environments.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business analysis and requirements elicitation
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Documenting business workflows and system processes
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Experience designing 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes using BPMN
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Strong experience in large-scale IT solution implementation (analysis, design, testing, rollout)
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (v7/v8/v9) and Maximo Application Suite
- Experience in asset management systems (preventative maintenance, work orders, vendor management, etc.)
- Experience in QA/testing including UAT coordination and test planning
- Familiarity with tools such as HP ALM (asset)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, data modeling, business intelligence, and enterprise IT environments
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Hybrid work model (2 days remote, 3 days onsite)
