Job Summary
Develop scalable and self-service analytical and visualization solutions by gathering data, creating reports, and maintaining dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python. Collaborate with IT teams to design data models, implement pipelines, and automate manual processes while improving data reliability and efficiency. Maintain documentation of reporting logic, diagnose data-related bugs, and support the business with ad hoc reporting and automated business reviews. Leverage AI tools to build solutions that enhance business intelligence and accelerate insight generation. This full-time W-2 contract role in Santa Clara, CA offers $65–$95/hr, PTO, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative related fields or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with BI analytics or reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
- 5+ years of experience using SQL
- Working experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
- Detailed orientated, highly analytical and focused on quality and accuracy of work
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to solve business problems, including automating repetitive analytical tasks, accelerating insight generation, and improving decision-making

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively collaborate and communicate complex technical concepts to a broad variety of audiences
- Strong analytical skills and advance modeling experience
