Job Summary
Engage in daily stand-ups, planning, and steering sessions to facilitate ceremonies and resolve blockers. Work with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and scope new work while identifying business needs through data analytics and quantitative analysis. Collaborate with the team and business sponsors to define requirements, map information flows, and validate process improvements. Lead workshops to generate ideas, prioritize competing demands, and obtain stakeholder buy-in. Communicate requirements and "big picture" goals to the development team using clear storytelling techniques. Monitor project progress, track issues, and contribute to post-mortems to ensure solutions align with business objectives and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Having a good command of English

- Experience in working successfully with teams to deliver software in an agile manner
- Experience in facilitating groups to achieve defined goals and outcomes using various facilitation tools and techniques
