Job Summary
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives while engaging stakeholders to scope new work and validate business needs. Collaborate with the product manager, SMEs, and development teams to define requirements, map information flows, and resolve blockers using data analytics and quantitative analysis. Lead workshops to unearth root causes of pain points, prioritize competing demands, and influence decisions focused on customer value. Ensure Jira tickets remain up to date and contribute to process improvements within the SNAPP peer review platform. Strengthen team ceremonies and co-plan work to align with the broader Springer Nature publishing ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Having a good command of English
- Collaboration skills to communicate ideas and understand others
- Experience in working successfully with teams to deliver software in an agile manner
- Experience in facilitating groups to achieve defined goals and outcomes using various facilitation tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to articulate concepts and ideas from technical and functional business perspectives effectively
- Proven experience in managing and resolving conflict with stakeholders
- Ability to use available data to inform decisions
- Strong focus on high-quality customer experience and sustainable solutions
- Ability to proactively identify pain points and openly address any form of gaps
- Outstanding analytical ability to solve complex problems
