Job Summary
Assemble complex data sets from multiple platforms to produce impactful deliverables enabling consultative findings for customers and supplier partners. Normalize and categorize customer data to facilitate analysis of procurement value creation opportunities, while managing key data taxonomies to align high volumes of data to business uniqueness. Create dynamic output conveying sales and savings opportunities across various industries and aggregate data to identify trends among sales opportunities. Prioritize and maintain deliverables such as assessments and reporting, effectively communicating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and manage stakeholder expectations. Act as a mentor to junior team members while delivering solutions in a timely fashion. This role supports OMNIA Partners' mission to drive economies of scale for public and private sector markets through transparent, value-driven pricing.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now and in the future.
- Minimum of two years of relevant business experience
- BA/BS in a field that demonstrates competency for the role, e.g., computer science, social sciences, math, engineering, statistics, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced Excel experience including pivot tables/reports, conditional formulas, formatting, XLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Data driven storytelling skills to deliver impactful and actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to comfortably and effectively communicate through all levels of the organization as well as with external partners
- Ability to make decisions and problem-solve in ambiguous situations
- Self-motivated / Willing to learn / Well organized
- Familiarity/experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and Salesforce
