Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst in corporate lending translating and mapping business needs into clear requirements and user stories; leading development of corporate lending products and processes; participating in functional and business testing (UAT, regression testing); collaborating with business stakeholders across the Baltic countries to align processes and solutions and implement updates; taking ownership of complex topics, structuring work, and ensuring progress; operating in an Agile environment with a collaborative, cross-functional team; requires strong stakeholder management, accountability, and communication skills; language proficiency in English and Estonian; opportunity to shape lending solutions within a modern Agile organization across the Baltics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as business developer or business analyst in product development
- Solid understanding of lending or financing products (corporate lending experience advantageous)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ownership and accountability for results
- Ability to navigate complex environments and drive change
- Fluency in English and Estonian
