Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst to lead complex AI product initiatives within SEEK's AI and Platform Services delivery teams. Responsibilities include defining scope with stakeholders, documenting complex requirements, prioritising and tracing requirements, mapping current and future processes, supporting solution design, driving agile delivery, risk management, change adoption, and facilitating cross-functional workshops. Will collaborate with AI Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and third-party vendors; embed with Pricing and Performance squad initially; work across APAC with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and value. Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading business analysis for complex AI product initiatives
- Experience with agile delivery including iteration planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SQL and business process modelling tools
