Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst responsible for translating complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions and leading analysis, design, and delivery of initiatives to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer experience. Ensures robust internal controls are embedded, mentors junior team members, and collaborates across departments to deliver data-driven insights and well-defined requirements. Develops and maintains data models, reports, and KPI requirements; ensures data quality, governance, and alignment with best practices; coordinates external-delivery activities; distributes reports to stakeholders; tests solutions prior to release and supports continuous improvement of systems, tools, and data models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, finance or equivalent
- Solid technical aptitude in SQL/M/DAX
- Experience working in Power BI (2+ years)
- PowerApps experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Interest / understanding of ETL/data aggregation processes, data warehouse
