Job Summary
Evaluate business and application processes to propose solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and reduce risk in a highly regulated environment. Gather requirements, create documentation, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Support multiple projects by analyzing, designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining critical enterprise applications including Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds. Extract data to create reports and dashboards while troubleshooting and resolving customer issues daily. Maintain system security, adhere to university policies, and provide clear progress updates to internal teams and external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field, or Equivalent Experience
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service
- Experience working with users developing business requirements
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications
- Experience working in higher education
- Working knowledge of SQL and complex database structures
Desired Qualifications
- A master's degree or above in Computer Science or Information System
