Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst responsible for eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements; collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; document processes, wireframes, and specifications; lead requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs; support change management, data analysis, and demonstration of application functionality to clients; coordinate with project managers on scope, timeline, and budget; prepare and maintain reports to track progress and communicate findings; engage stakeholders and liaise between business units and IT teams; provide support to analysts and team members in various phases of analysis; leverage agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps) to facilitate efficient solutions that align with organizational strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and documentation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear and actionable requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience utilizing software development design tools and processes such as Azure DevOps
- Project management knowledge and experience are advantageous
- Certification in business analysis preferred but not required
