Job Summary
Senior Functional Business Analyst embedded in an active banking Test Delivery engagement. Translate deep core banking knowledge into precise functional specifications and executable test cases, bridging client stakeholders and the Testing team to ensure scenarios reflect real banking logic. Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across core banking modules; author Functional Specifications, Test scenarios, Test cases, and Business Requirements Documents with full traceability; define scope, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices; collaborate with QA automation to convert functional test cases into executable scenarios in UiPath Test Cloud/UiPath Test Manager; support defect triage and UAT, validate that delivered functionality meets business and regulatory requirements; conduct As-Is/To-Be analyses and gap analyses against platforms such as FIS, Arthur, Jack Henry, Archer; maintain audit-ready artefacts and support hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a strong focus on core banking systems
- Hands-on experience with FIS core banking products (e.g., FIS Modern Banking Platform, FIS Horizon, HORIZON, FIS Profile)
- Experience authoring functional documentation with full traceability
- Experience designing and authoring functional test cases, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices for banking workflows
- Working knowledge of additional core banking platforms such as Arthur, Jack Henry (Silverlake, Core Director), Archer
- Deep understanding of retail and commercial banking processes (account management, payments, lending, GL, regulatory reporting)
- Experience operating within Agile frameworks as translation layer between stakeholders and delivery pods
- Familiarity with data migration concepts, core-to-core conversions, and system integration in banking
- Nice to have: experience with UiPath, Tosca, Selenium; automation in banking contexts
