Job Summary
Lead business and functional requirements gathering for Trade Single Window and Customs Risk Management solutions, translating complex regulatory needs into BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Model AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN/UML to support system design and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and solution validation with stakeholders. Act as Product Owner or proxy to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and ensure end-to-end traceability across design, testing, and deployment phases. Mentor junior analysts and identify automation opportunities for continuous improvement. Requires 8+ years of experience in customs or trade facilitation, proficiency in business process modeling tools, and strong stakeholder management skills within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- experience within customs, trade facilitation, or government digital systems
- Strong understanding of global trade and customs processes
- Familiarity with international standards such as WCO Data Model, UN/CEFACT, WTO TFA, UNESCAP frameworks
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Product Owner responsibilities
- Proficiency with business process modeling and requirements tools
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
- English proficiency
