Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, and documentation while capturing existing business processes and proposed changes. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders to manage requirements traceability and clarify objectives throughout the full project development or implementation lifecycle. Apply business analysis techniques and tools to document workflows and procedures, delivering project documentation aligned with management frameworks and agreed quality standards. Support the relevant Project Manager in executing the project approach with business and vendor teams. Government experience is advantageous. Contract duration is 12 months with extensions likely.
Required Qualifications
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements, and management of requirements traceability
- Provide business analysis support relevant to provision of requirements support and clarification throughout a full project development or implementation lifecycle
- Apply business analysis techniques and tools to document requirements, objectives, outcomes, processes, procedures, work instructions and workflows
- Delivering project documentation in alignment with project management frameworks, on time, to expected quality standards as per scope and as agreed with the Project Manager
- Support the relevant Project Manager in the execution of the project approach and associated plan working with the business, project team members and the vendor/s as required
