Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst in Airline Operations Technology delivering IT projects, coordinating software and system changes, and focusing on business processes, new products, and operational improvements. Responsibilities include defining business and system requirements, liaising with technical delivery teams and vendors, facilitating stakeholder meetings, documenting solutions, validating changes, supporting testing and QA, and planning implementations/cutovers. Requires 5+ years of BA experience, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, strong stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration; tertiary IT/business qualification with CBAP beneficial; airline/travel industry experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst
- Tertiary qualification in business / Information Technology and/or CBAP beneficial
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Ability to analyse quantitative data and identify opportunities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Airline or travel industry experience desired
