Job Summary
Gather requirements and describe user stories for the B2B SAP Commerce solution, writing detailed Epics and acceptance criteria. Oversee end-to-end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem by collaborating with developers, design teams, and the Product Owner to clarify needs and understand business requirements. Hand over elaborated requirements to development teams while providing ongoing clarifications. Produce concise and accurate functional documentation to support the business learning curve. This role supports the implementation of eCommerce solutions in B2B and B2C environments using SAP Commerce Cloud, Hybris, and similar frameworks within an agile methodology.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in working as a business analyst for implementing eCommerce solutions in both B2B and B2C environments
- Functional and technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud and Hybris technology or similar
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Atlassian-based tools like Confluence and JIRA
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Possess knowledge of eCommerce frameworks like Magento, AEM, Hybris, and Shopify
- Practical experience in the B2B industry, with an optional focus on the steel trading business
- Experience in SAP ERP and SAP Commerce integration scenarios and processes
- Knowhow on tools
- Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence
- Hybris SAP Commerce Platform
