Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst for Portfolio & Change Management responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements and test lifecycles for the PCM group, leading and coordinating migration/conversion efforts to integrate new products/businesses into ACBS, and driving process redesigns and improvements. Emphasizes business requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP/documentation and training, governance, regulatory program execution, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Lending Services. Requires extensive experience with ACBS, LoanIQ, ELTA, and Trade 360, data governance proficiency, and strong program/project management and stakeholder-relations capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Engineering, Science or Math
- 7–10 years of relevant prior experience
- Extensive Commercial or Corporate Loans and loans trading background
- Experience with ACBS, LoanIQ, ELTA and Trade 360
- Experience in Migrations/Conversions (e.g., HSBC Migration)
- Strong Data Governance background and understanding (Data Strategy, Data Methodologies, Data Best Practices)
- Ability to work in a project team environment with facilitation and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Capital Markets operational functions and processes
- Understanding of Capital Markets trading lifecycle
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Nice-to-have knowledge of supporting systems in Operations
- Project management expertise
