Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst to optimize HR and payroll operations across North American manufacturing facilities, acting as the subject matter expert for ADP payroll and workforce management systems (ADP Workforce Now, ADP Enterprise V6, ADP Celergo, ADP WFM). Lead end-to-end process improvements, drive system integrations (ADP ↔ enterprise systems, ADP → Oracle EPM, ADP → Power BI), ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor laws across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and enable scalable, efficient payroll and time management processes. Responsibilities include requirements discovery, translating business needs into functional specs, defining testing strategies, maintaining documentation and training materials, mentoring junior analysts, standardizing processes, and influencing payroll/ workforce system roadmaps. Proficiency in ADP products, data mapping, API/file-based integrations, and analytics tools (Power BI) is required; familiarity with HRIS platforms, compliance requirements, and manufacturing scheduling is a plus. Travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR, payroll, and/or time and attendance systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with ADP payroll products and ADP Workforce Manager
  • Experience managing ADP integrations with enterprise systems and data mapping
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and workforce management practices in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
  • Strong understanding of time and attendance systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., ADP Reporting, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing workforce scheduling and labor tracking
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM) and their integration with ADP
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., FLSA, ACA)
  • Familiarity with time and attendance / timeclocks
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) is a plus
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is desirable
  • Willingness to travel as needed for team member discussions and business partnerships
