Job Summary
Senior/Junior Business Analyst role focused on gathering and translating business and technical requirements, documenting high-quality analyses, and enabling change delivery across defence and security programs. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements, translating complex challenges into clear insights, producing structured documentation for delivery, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (developers, testers, systems engineers). Preferred skills include strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, excellent communication adaptable to varied audiences, organizational rigor, and experience in collaborative, Agile environments with familiarity of Jira, GitLab, and Confluence. UK-national with eligibility for UK government security clearance is required. Travel up to 10%.
